Midwest Laboratories, Inc. offers a full-service food laboratory catering to the needs of the food industry.  A staff of experienced chemists performs nutritional analysis food, labeling, shelf life testing and a variety of other parameters.  The department is proud to be accredited by the USDA for moisture, protein, fat, and salt testing (USDA #3161).  Midwest also provides assistance with Midwest results interpretation and trouble-shooting.  Midwest adheres to the strongest quality standards and uses approved methods when performing analysis.
